we met
Being in the same friend group since high school, Amanda and Dan have seen each other through all of the awkward phases of growing up. Post college, Amanda was working from home and Dan was on duty, when he first stopped by for an espresso to keep him awake through the night. This went on for weeks, but Amanda thought nothing of it because Dan once told her that he would never date someone in the friend group. Until one day he decided to break his rule and ask her out.

The
proposal
Dan proposed to Amanda on a perfectly executed trip to Portland, Maine with their best friends Pat and Leeana. They took a pit stop to get Pat a lobster roll from a “famous food truck”. After securing the lobster roll they strolled down to to the lighthouse to see the view. While Amanda excitedly took photos of Pat with his lobster roll, Leeana quickly grabbed her and directed her towards Dan waiting patiently on the side. He got down on one knee and here we are today!
